Estée Lauder seeks a Makeup Artist to provide personalised customer experiences, contribute to in-store events and uphold visual merchandising standards. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalised in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Contribute creative and technical expertise in makeup artistry to customer interactions.
- Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events.
- Help ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A makeup artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in South Africa if invited to interview.
