As a Beauty Advisor at Estée Lauder's Cosmetics Company Store in Estero, this seasonal part-time role combines creative expertise and customer-focused service to deliver personalized, inspirational in-store experiences. The candidate will apply makeup artistry skills to educate and delight customers, contribute to high-impact in-store events, and maintain visual merchandising excellence. Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized and inspirational makeup consultations and product demonstrations to create memorable customer experiences
- Apply creative and technical makeup artistry expertise to educate customers on product application, benefits, and brand offerings
- Collaborate with the in-store team to execute engaging product launches, events, and promotional activities that drive sales impact
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards to ensure the brand stands out competitively and reflects prestige beauty positioning
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently while processing customer transactions
- Work flexibly across retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special event coverage as required
Qualifications
- Makeup artistry certification or previous retail cosmetics experience preferred; amateur-level experience with demonstrated creative and technical expertise is welcome
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in a retail environment
- Flexibility to work all retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced setting
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Legal right to live and work in the United States

Experience
Makeup artistry certification or previous retail cosmetics experience is preferred; however, applicants with amateur-level makeup experience who can demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise are encouraged to apply. Retail customer service experience in a prestige or fast-paced environment is advantageous.
Education
Makeup artistry certification or formal training is preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent is expected.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.50 to USD 20 per hour.
