Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized makeup application and beauty consultation services to customers
• Create inspirational and educational in-store experiences that align with the brand's prestige positioning
• Execute in-store events and promotional activities to drive customer engagement and sales impact
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to differentiate from competitors
• Operate retail point-of-sale software and process customer transactions accurately
• Work collaboratively within a high-performing team environment
• Adapt to flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events

Qualifications

• Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred
• Demonstrated high level of creative and technical makeup expertise
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
• Legal right to live and work in the United Kingdom

Experience

While certification in makeup artistry and/or previous retail makeup experience is desirable, candidates with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate creative and technical expertise are welcome to apply.

Education
