Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert makeup application, consultation, and personalized beauty recommendations to customers
- Educate customers on product benefits, application techniques, and color matching
- Coordinate and execute in-store beauty events and promotional activities
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays to ensure competitive differentiation
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and process customer transactions
- Work collaboratively within a high-performing store team to achieve sales and service targets
- Demonstrate authentic, inspirational customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred)
- Ability to demonstrate high-level creative and technical makeup expertise

- Capacity to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software

Experience

Education
