A Beauty Advisor at Estée Lauder combines creative and technical expertise with a passion for personalized customer service to deliver an inspirational in-store experience. The role encompasses makeup artistry, customer education, visual merchandising excellence, and active participation in high-impact in-store events. Certification in makeup artistry or retail beauty experience is preferred; however, candidates demonstrating exceptional creative and technical ability at amateur level are welcome.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, inspirational, and authentic makeup consultations and makeovers to customers
• Educate clients on product benefits, application techniques, and color theory
• Maintain and elevate visual merchandising standards to competitive advantage
• Execute in-store events and promotional activities as part of a cohesive team
• Operate retail point-of-sale systems and manage transactions
• Maintain store appearance and product displays to brand standards
• Work flexibly across retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events

Qualifications

• Qualification in makeup artistry or proven retail makeup experience preferred
• Ability to demonstrate high-level creative and technical expertise
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Capability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Flexibility to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
• Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
• Right to live and work in Ireland

Skills

Experience

Certification in makeup artistry and/or previous retail makeup experience is preferred. Applicants with strong amateur-level experience and demonstrated creative and technical expertise are encouraged to apply.

Education

Certification in makeup artistry is desirable but not required; strong foundational knowledge of cosmetic principles and techniques is essential.
