Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair high-speed filling lines, cappers, labelers, cartoners, conveyors, vision systems, pumps, and ancillary production equipment
- Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation-related equipment issues and implement sustainable corrective actions to minimize downtime
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities in compliance with GMP standards and LOTO procedures
- Make decisions on repair priorities based on work assignments and production requirements
- Participate in preventive maintenance programs and perform electronic recordkeeping in CMMS systems
- Support line changeovers and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
- Train new employees on Estée Lauder practices and procedures within the maintenance department
- Assist management in evaluating new equipment installations
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional maintenance team
Qualifications
- Completion of a Millwright, Industrial Mechanic, Electro-Mechanical Technician, Industrial Electrician, or related technical trade certification
- Minimum 5–10 years of hands-on maintenance experience supporting automated manufacturing, filling, packaging, or processing equipment in a GMP-regulated environment
- Extensive practical experience troubleshooting and repairing high-speed filling lines, cappers, labelers, cartoners, conveyors, and vision systems
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, servo, and automation systems
- Proven ability to diagnose complex equipment failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions

Experience
Minimum 5–10 years of hands-on maintenance experience supporting automated manufacturing, filling, packaging, or processing equipment in a GMP-regulated environment. Extensive practical troubleshooting and repair experience with high-speed production lines and ancillary systems is essential.
Education
Completion of a Millwright, Industrial Mechanic, Electro-Mechanical Technician, Industrial Electrician, or related technical trade certification. Post-secondary diploma or advanced technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or Maintenance Engineering Technology is preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 30 to USD 38 per hour.
