Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor sales team members to model and demonstrate exceptional, personalized customer service behaviors aligned with company standards
- Carry out daily cash handling and reconciliation at the start and end of shifts
- Execute store opening and closing procedures on a rotational basis, including security and inventory protocols
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving sales targets and maintaining service quality
- Coach team members to improve performance in sales and customer engagement metrics
- Maintain store visual merchandising and operational standards throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or beauty retail
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience with coaching and mentoring capability
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation is desirable
- Ability to work flexibly, including days, nights, weekends and special events
- Legal right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or beauty. Prior supervisory or team lead experience involving coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable. Experience with retail operations, cash reconciliation, and store opening/closing procedures is advantageous.
