Estée Lauder seeks a part-time Key Holder for The Cosmetics Company Store in Orlando to support store leadership, coach the sales team, reconcile cash, and open and close the store on a rotating schedule. The anticipated hourly pay range is $16.50–$21.00, depending on experience, skills, education, budget, and geographic location; the role is also eligible for a competitive bonus program.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store.
- Lead by example, coaching and mentoring the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service and achieve sales and service targets.
- Perform opening and closing cash reconciliations.
- Open and close the store on a rotating schedule.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and store opening and closing, is desirable.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets, is desirable.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Previous retail experience; proven experience, preferably in cosmetics. Previous supervisory experience is desirable.
