The Estée Lauder Companies seeks an ambitious Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager at The Cosmetics Company Store, ensuring smooth and efficient retail operations. This supervisory role combines coaching and mentoring responsibilities with hands-on retail execution, including cash reconciliation, opening and closing procedures, and point-of-sale operations. The candidate will lead by example to model the behaviors necessary for the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service while achieving sales and customer service targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in overseeing daily store operations and performance
- Coach and mentor the sales team to deliver personalized customer service and achieve sales targets
- Execute opening and closing procedures on a rotational basis, including cash reconciliation and point-of-sale reconciliation
- Model the behaviors and service standards expected of all team members
- Manage retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events as required
- Oversee retail operations including inventory management and store presentation
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation
- Supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring skills
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Proof of right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience is required, preferably in cosmetics or prestige beauty. Supervisory experience with demonstrated coaching and mentoring ability is desirable. Experience with retail operations, including cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures, is desirable.
Education

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.50 to USD 21 per hour.
