Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor sales team members through coaching and modeling of desired behaviors in customer service delivery and sales execution
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the daily operations and management of the store
- Perform opening and closing store procedures on a rotating basis, including cash reconciliation and security protocols
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and ensure accurate cash handling throughout the day
- Drive achievement of sales targets and customer service objectives through team engagement and personal sales contribution
- Maintain retail standards for visual merchandising, product presentation, and store cleanliness
- Assist in inventory management and product knowledge communication to the sales team
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation, store opening and closing procedures
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience with coaching and mentoring skills
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Ability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Prior supervisory or team-leading experience is desirable. Familiarity with retail operations including cash handling, opening and closing procedures, and point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; further education in retail management or business is advantageous but not required.

The successful candidate will be located in Estero, Florida, USA, with easy access to Naples.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.50 to USD 19 per hour.
