Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example and mentor the sales team to deliver inspirational and personalized customer service aligned with brand standards
- Conduct essential start-of-day and end-of-day cash reconciliation with precision and accuracy
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis, ensuring all protocols and security procedures are followed
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in executing store operations and maintaining sales targets
- Coach and develop team members to achieve individual and collective sales and customer service goals
- Maintain retail operations standards including visual merchandising, product knowledge, and store appearance
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures (desirable)
- Previous supervisory or lead experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities (desirable)
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
- Right to live and work in the United States
