Estée Lauder seeks a part-time Key Holder for The Cosmetics Company Store at North Georgia Premium Outlets in Dawsonville, supporting store leadership, team coaching, cash reconciliation, and store opening and closing. The role requires previous retail experience and offers an hourly range of $17.63–$29.38, with potential bonus eligibility and benefits for eligible employees.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store.
- Lead by example, coaching and mentoring the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service and achieve sales and service targets.
- Perform start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and store opening and closing, is desirable.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets, is desirable.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the United States if invited to interview.
