Estée Lauder Companies is hiring a part-time Key Holder at the Cosmetics Company Store in Aurora, OH. Support store operations, coach sales teams, and drive customer service excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in day-to-day store operations and staff coordination
- Coach and mentor sales associates to demonstrate inspirational and personalized customer service while achieving sales targets
- Execute cash reconciliation at start and end of day with accuracy and attention to detail
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis following established procedures and security protocols
- Model behaviors and values that exemplify the company's commitment to customer service excellence
- Manage retail operations including inventory management and adherence to visual merchandising standards
- Support the achievement of sales and customer service targets through team leadership and motivation
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Strong cash handling capabilities and experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience in a fast-paced environment; previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring team members to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable. Experience with retail operations including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures is desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no specific advanced education is required.

The successful candidate will be located in Aurora, Ohio, USA, with easy access to Cleveland.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.25 to USD 28.75 per hour.
