Estée Lauder seeks a Fragrance Consultant for a temporary contract at Fourways Mall in Johannesburg. The consultant delivers personalized in-store service, contributes to events and visual merchandising, and uses creative and technical make-up expertise; retail hours include days, nights, weekends and special events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store customer experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical make-up expertise to support customer experiences.
- Contribute to in-store events and work collaboratively with the team to create impact.
- Help ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A make-up artistry qualification or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proof of the right to live and work in South Africa is required if invited to interview.
