Estée Lauder seeks a Fragrance Consultant for the Kolonade store in Gauteng. The role combines creative and technical expertise with personalised customer service, in-store events and visual merchandising standards; it is a full-time regular position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, inspirational and personalised in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Contribute to in-store events as part of a high-performing team.
- Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
- Provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
Qualifications
- A make-up artistry qualification or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proof of the right to live and work in the country must be provided if invited to interview.
