Role & Responsibilities

  • Review retail sales targets and performance metrics on a monthly basis with Area Sales Operations Manager (ASOM)
  • Analyze sales performance versus objectives, identify trends, and assess competitive landscape
  • Generate comprehensive sales reports and performance analytics
  • Ensure brand image and visual merchandising alignment with brand standards at retail counters
  • Coordinate and execute setup of all promotions, in-store programs, and brand activities
  • Provide specific coaching and direction to beauty advisors to achieve sales goals, tailored to individual strengths and development areas
  • Collaborate with ASOM and Store Design Visual Merchandising team on newness, promotions, and in-store program implementation
  • Monitor product trends and identify sales opportunities for escalation to ASOM and marketing teams
  • Ensure go-to-market materials and promotional elements are available on schedule to support launches
  • Deliver post-campaign reports to sales and marketing teams, including competitive intelligence
  • Assist ASOM in recruiting, onboarding, and managing beauty advisor headcount to ensure adequate staffing coverage
  • Train and coach beauty advisors on general selling skills, customer service, upselling, and cross-selling techniques
  • Coach beauty advisors on brand stories, hero products, and Estée Lauder brand-specific knowledge
  • Utilize e-learning platforms to reinforce customer experience and sales productivity improvements
  • Conduct initial onboarding and basic training for new beauty advisors at smaller-format doors
  • Collaborate with the Education team to develop training and coaching materials
  • Spend minimum 70% of time in-store working directly with and coaching beauty advisors

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant sales or retail management experience, preferably in travel retail
  • Proven sales track record with demonstrated ability to achieve targets
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills and comfort with virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Skype) and in-person delivery
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Well-groomed personal appearance befitting luxury brand standards
  • Display of empathy, agility, and can-do attitude
  • Enthusiasm for learning new technology platforms
  • Willingness to travel as required
