Le Labo Counter Manager in Vigo, Spain—lead the new boutique opening with proven sales and team leadership expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all customer service initiatives and resolve issues promptly to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Supervise team performance metrics and drive strong sales growth aligned with commercial objectives
- Build and maintain strategic customer relationships while executing best-in-class digital marketing campaigns
- Monitor performance against KPIs and establish action plans to achieve sales and operational targets
- Recruit, train, develop, and motivate team members to maximize individual and point-of-sale performance
- Serve as brand ambassador, embodying and communicating Le Labo's luxury positioning and values
- Identify and execute strategic partnerships with complementary businesses and leverage promotional tools
- Ensure operational compliance with all regulations and maintain proper administrative oversight
