A highly skilled makeup artist position combining creative expertise and technical proficiency to deliver personalized in-store experiences at Estée Lauder's Selfridges London location. The role encompasses customer consultations, in-store events, and visual merchandising contributions across a 37.5-hour week within a 10-month fixed-term contract, welcoming candidates from amateur to fully certified backgrounds.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver inspirational, personalized, and authentic beauty consultations to customers in a fast-paced retail environment
- Apply creative and technical makeup artistry expertise to enhance customer experiences and drive sales
- Collaborate with the counter team to execute high-impact in-store events and product launches
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure competitive differentiation and brand excellence
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and manage transactions with accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications
- Makeup artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience preferred
