Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales turnover and market share whilst maintaining consistent consumer focus and brand image integrity
- Maximise sales performance through excellent service delivery, retail standards, and effective selling techniques
- Achieve and monitor daily and weekly sales targets, utilising commercial reports to inform decision-making
- Plan and execute visual merchandising layouts in accordance with brand guidelines and agreed timescales
- Manage daily stock replenishment and inventory across omnichannel sales avenues including events, digital, and traditional retail
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver industry-leading customer experience
- Implement and monitor local marketing and events initiatives aligned with retailer activity and brand strategy
- Maintain daily review of retail standards including product displays, housekeeping, messaging, and pricing accuracy
- Oversee deliveries, stock movements, and associated administration within agreed company timeframes
- Ensure all refunds and complaints are managed according to company guidelines to mutually satisfactory resolution
- Monitor competitor activity and identify missed sales opportunities
- Leverage social media and digital tools to drive business growth whilst protecting brand image
- Create and maintain a safe working environment in compliance with company and retailer policies
- Manage all promotions and discounts in accordance with company guidelines; identify trends to enhance product performance
