Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales turnover and market share through consistent consumer focus and selling excellence
- Maintain and project a credible, professional brand image to all internal and external customers
- Maximise sales performance through excellent service delivery and adherence to retail standards
- Understand and work towards daily and weekly sales targets
- Manage daily replenishment and stock movements within agreed company timeframes
- Plan and implement visual merchandising layouts to guidelines and timescales
- Deliver consumer recruitment and retention strategy to grow a loyal customer base
