The Estée Lauder Companies' Corporate Internship Program welcomes final-year university students or recent graduates to contribute across marketing, brand development, finance, and business operations. Interns are assigned a mentor from their respective department and paired with a buddy to facilitate integration into the organization's working environment. Role & Responsibilities
- Support assigned department across strategic initiatives and project execution under mentor guidance
- Contribute to marketing, brand development, finance, or business operations projects as aligned with department focus
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete assigned tasks and deliverables
- Participate in corporate orientation and onboarding programs to acclimate to the organization's culture and processes
Qualifications
- Currently in final year of university studies or recently graduated and awaiting degree conferment
- Major in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, Branding, Finance, or Industrial Engineering (preferred)
- Fluent in English
- Strong project management experience
