Estée Lauder Companies seeks an experienced Work Area Lead for the 1st shift at its Bristol distribution facility. This supervisory role oversees daily operations within an assigned work area, ensuring efficient workflow, quality standards, and team productivity across the supply chain function.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate work activities of assigned team members during 1st shift operations
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and operational procedures
- Monitor productivity metrics and report on key performance indicators
- Provide coaching and performance feedback to direct reports
- Communicate with management on operational challenges and resolutions
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or lead experience in a distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of supply chain operations and inventory management
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate team members
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in logistics, distribution, or warehouse operations
