Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations across two distribution centers (Cariacica and Jundiai) with approximately 50 employees and third-party teams
- Oversee product nationalization process including regulatory labelling and verification of product validity to ensure compliance
- Develop and optimize operational procedures to maximize efficiency while minimizing costs
- Manage resource allocation and workforce scheduling to align with demand forecasting and critical operational periods
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Planning, Regulatory Affairs, Import, Transport, and external suppliers to ensure seamless logistics workflow
- Lead, develop, and mentor team members to build a committed workforce and identify succession candidates
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement continuous process improvements
- Maintain communication with retailers and senior leadership across multiple cultural contexts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in logistics operations
- Demonstrated background in cosmetics or pharmaceutical warehouse environments (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities with excellent presentation skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in process improvement-oriented environments
- Experience managing multi-cultural teams and communicating with senior-level retail partners
