Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders, integrating people priorities into business strategy and translating business needs into workforce, talent, culture, and organizational priorities
- Use workforce analytics, benchmarks, and business insights to inform decisions and identify risks and opportunities
- Advise leaders on complex employee relations and legal matters, guiding sound judgment and risk-based decision making
- Shape talent and workforce strategies aligned with business and enterprise goals, partnering with leaders on organizational design, restructuring, and workforce planning
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and the People Experience Team to develop scalable solutions across skills development, capacity planning, and future workforce strategy
- Support organizational change efforts, employee impact planning, consultation processes, and compliance with local labor requirements
- Lead talent planning, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives while coaching executives on performance and organizational matters
- Identify and develop high-potential talent to build future leadership pipelines and drive learning and leadership capability
- Serve as a strategic partner during transformations, M&A activities, and organizational change while reinforcing culture and leadership expectations
- Partner with Centers of Excellence and People Experience Team to align enterprise programs and practices with business needs and influence adoption of people programs and policies
- Leverage analytics and business insights to measure outcomes, identify trends, and continuously refine people strategies
Qualifications
- 12–15+ years of progressive human resources experience, including strategic business partnership, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness
- Proven ability to advise senior executives and influence outcomes in complex, matrixed environments
- Demonstrated experience supporting organizational design, transformation, succession planning, and talent strategies
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred

12-15+ years of progressive HR experience in strategic business partnership, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness, with demonstrated success advising senior executives in complex, matrixed environments and supporting organizational transformation initiatives.
