The Visual Merchandising Assistant supports the execution of visual strategies across national and regional perimeters, ensuring brand consistency and impactful in-store experiences. This internship role combines creativity with analytical capability to deliver high-quality visual solutions that enhance product visibility and drive customer engagement across prestige beauty retail environments. The candidate will work collaboratively with the Visual Merchandising Manager to develop window displays, coordinate product launches, and contribute to innovative merchandising concepts aligned with brand DNA.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Visual Merchandising Manager with window displays and in-store setups across the national perimeter
- Prepare and update databases, mapping tools, and internal reports for EMEA and global teams
- Support the creation of planograms and visual merchandising guidelines to ensure consistency across retail locations
- Coordinate distribution of materials for product launches and activations, monitoring proper implementation
- Collaborate on special events, in-store activations, and press events while working closely with vendors and suppliers
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of brand DNA and contribute to innovative merchandising concepts
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Economics, or related disciplines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Strong organizational skills with ability to meet tight deadlines
- Passion for fashion, branding, and visual storytelling

Experience
Demonstrated interest in fashion, branding, and visual storytelling; familiarity with retail environments and visual merchandising principles highly preferred.
Education
