Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and govern the enterprise-wide process ownership framework across all GBS-managed processes, ensuring standardization, policies, controls, and decision rights drive measurable outcomes
- Guide and mentor the community of Global Process Owners (GPOs), coaching them to operate as strategic enterprise leaders
- Partner with the Head of Enterprise Business Services to define and execute the GBS value agenda, ensuring processes are designed for global scale, right-shoring, and multi-vendor delivery
- Drive measurable improvements across cost, productivity, quality, risk, and customer/employee experience metrics
- Support GBS transitions, expansions, and transformations with strategic process leadership and change management
- Act as a trusted advisor to GBS and executive leadership, framing strategic issues and presenting recommendations to support informed decision-making
- Ensure alignment of key processes across retained organizations, GBS delivery teams, and external service providers
- Partner with Finance, Risk, Compliance, HR, and Technology leaders to ensure enterprise-wide alignment of critical processes
- Represent GBS process excellence in executive, board-level, and external forums, including engagement with peer networks and strategic advisors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise operations, Global Business Services, or large-scale transformation roles
- Proven experience leading teams in global, matrixed organizations
- Deep understanding of GBS operating models, shared services, and outsourcing arrangements
- Demonstrated success driving process standardization, digitization, and value realization at enterprise scale
- Advanced knowledge of process improvement methodologies (LEAN, Six Sigma, value stream mapping)
- Enterprise and systems thinking with demonstrated ability to optimize across organizational silos and interdependencies
- Proven change leadership at scale with experience aligning multi-stakeholder initiatives across the enterprise
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to craft compelling narratives translating complex strategy and data
- Strong business acumen and financial judgment to contribute to business case development
- Demonstrated commitment to building leadership capacity through coaching, talent development, and succession planning

Proven track record of leading process optimization initiatives across global, matrixed organizations and driving measurable value realization. Experience engaging with C-suite executives and translating complex operational challenges into strategic recommendations.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Business Process Management, or a related discipline.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 221,600 to USD 377,200 per annum.
