Role & Responsibilities
- Direct administrative management of Value Added Services operations at the Hainan DC, ensuring optimal workflows and process efficiency
- Configure and maintain correct and timely VAS setups in SAP, including product labeling, coding, cellophane wrapping, and sleeving specifications
- Create and maintain comprehensive master data including products, customer accounts, and condition tables
- Serve as operational liaison between the 3PL VAS team, Customer Service, Regulatory, and internal stakeholders
- Develop KPI analyses, process statistics, detailed descriptions, and work instructions to support continuous improvement
- Provide technical consultation and support to the VAS Execution Team Leader on operational matters
- Organize and facilitate cross-departmental meetings at regional and international levels
- Execute daily administrative tasks within Value Added Services operations and manage claim handling coordination with Customer Service and Regulatory teams
Qualifications
- Associate Degree or higher in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the logistics sector
- Advanced proficiency in Chinese and English languages (spoken and written)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Knowledge of FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) logistics requirements and best practices
- Strong analytical capabilities with demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively
- Experience with SAP enterprise resource planning systems
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and reporting tools such as Business Objects is advantageous

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in logistics operations, preferably within an FMCG or travel retail environment. Demonstrated experience managing administrative coordination between third-party logistics providers and internal business units is essential.
Education
Associate Degree or higher qualification in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
