Estée Lauder Companies seeks a Trainer in Paris to deliver training and develop digital learning programmes for luxury beauty brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Adapt and deploy global training content to meet local market requirements and various retail distribution channels
- Develop and coordinate the annual training plan in collaboration with Learning & Development, Marketing, and Commercial teams
- Deliver in-store coaching sessions at strategic and high-potential retail locations across assigned brands
- Train train-the-trainer cohorts including regional managers, coaches, and field trainers to scale training delivery
- Monitor training programme efficacy and establish performance metrics to measure impact on sales and service quality
- Animate both in-person and digital training sessions for beauty advisors and retail partners
- Design and implement innovative learning approaches that foster participant engagement and drive measurable performance improvements
- Represent assigned brands at dedicated events for press, influencers, retail partners, and VIP clientele
- Conceive and deploy digital learning tools and support adoption of training platforms across the organisation
- Create multi-channel digital content including instructional videos, tutorials, and cross-brand training modules
- Track key performance indicators including coaching session completion rates, trained versus untrained retail performance gaps, and brand awareness growth
- Build and nurture learner communities to enhance brand reputation and commercial momentum
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in training, ideally within cosmetics, luxury, retail, or beauty sectors
- Strong affinity for luxury brands, product knowledge, and customer experience philosophy with demonstrated ability to communicate brand culture and sales methodology
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholder groups
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and public speaking capabilities in both in-person and remote environments
- Creative, entrepreneurial, and results-driven mindset with capacity to propose innovative solutions that drive engagement and performance
- Willingness to travel regularly and work in the field across retail locations
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and comfortable navigating digital training platforms
