Role & Responsibilities
- Build and manage trade marketing calendars by retailer and channel, converting brand strategic plans into actionable in-store and online activations
- Plan and coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns and retail events across priority retailers and key accounts
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers and e-commerce teams on retailer-specific plans, presentations and partnership strategies
- Partner with Visual Merchandising and Store Design teams on development of launch materials, planograms, product testers, point-of-sale collateral and door opening initiatives
- Conduct regular store visits to assess execution quality, gather retailer feedback and monitor competitive landscape
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and trade spend allocation, delivering data-driven recommendations to brand and commercial leadership
- Manage forecasts, orders and budgets for gifts with purchase, display materials and other trade support inventory
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline
- 3+ years of marketing or trade marketing experience in beauty, retail, luxury goods or FMCG sectors
- Demonstrated expertise in retail execution and translating brand strategy into practical trade calendars
- Proficiency with sales data analysis, campaign performance metrics, budget management and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities with collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous
- Proactive mindset with demonstrated drive to execute initiatives and continuously improve results

Experience
3+ years of marketing or trade marketing experience in beauty, retail, luxury goods or FMCG. Proven track record of translating brand strategy into effective retail activations and managing multiple stakeholder relationships within complex organizational environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
