Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute the trade marketing calendar aligned with brand goals, while driving promotional activities, visual merchandising excellence and renewed in-store brand image
  • Lead the planning and execution of in-store counter renovation and installation projects, partnering with Store Design and Visual Merchandising teams to deliver premium retail environments reflecting brand identity
  • Lead trade events in cooperation with retailers and decoration teams, ensuring excellence in execution in terms of quality and timeliness
  • Monitor competition and share learnings of the trade environment with internal brand teams (marketing and education), while maintaining focus on promoting brand image and DNA
  • Drive Sampling and Gift with Purchase strategy in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and Demand Planning to ensure timely shipment into stores

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing
  • Previous experience in cosmetics or FMCG (preferred)
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); Pivot tables considered advantageous
  • SAP experience considered an asset
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Fluent written and oral communication in Greek and English
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strategic mindset with passion for driving innovation and growth
