Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team members to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Lead by example, modeling desired behaviors to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation on a rota basis
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations and efficiency
- Operate retail point-of-sale software and handle cash transactions
- Work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Demonstrated supervisory or coaching experience (desirable)
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software (desirable)
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation (desirable)
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Legal right to live and work in Canada
