Estée Lauder Companies seeks a dynamic Temporary Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth retail operations at The Cosmetics Company Store. This role involves coaching and mentoring sales team members to deliver exceptional customer service, managing cash reconciliation at opening and closing, and working retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events. The position offers an entry point into supervisory retail experience within prestige beauty.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team members to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Lead by example, modeling desired behaviors to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation on a rota basis
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations and efficiency
- Operate retail point-of-sale software and handle cash transactions
- Work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Demonstrated supervisory or coaching experience (desirable)
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software (desirable)
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation (desirable)
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Legal right to live and work in Canada

Previous retail experience is essential; supervisory or mentoring experience is desirable but not required for this entry-level supervisory role.

Compensation
