The Estée Lauder Companies seeks a Technical Operator for the second shift at its Melville, New York facility. This role involves operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment used in the production of premium skincare, makeup, fragrance, and haircare products for globally recognized luxury brands. The position requires attention to detail, adherence to quality standards, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues to maintain production efficiency.
Role & Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and production lines during the second shift
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor product quality and adherence to manufacturing specifications and standards
- Record production data and maintain accurate shift documentation
- Respond promptly to equipment alerts and production issues
