The Estée Lauder Companies seeks a motivated intern to join its Supply Chain department as a Supply Chain Process Engineer. The intern will be assigned one focused project across Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, or Continuous Improvement, gaining hands-on experience in supply chain operations, data analysis, and process optimization tailored to their specialization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct process mapping and workflow analysis within the assigned supply chain specialization
- Develop data analysis tools and dashboards to monitor performance metrics and key indicators
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and service levels
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify optimization opportunities

Qualifications
