Estée Lauder Companies, a global prestige beauty leader, seeks an internship candidate to support daily operations at its EMEA distribution centre in Oevel. The intern will gain comprehensive exposure to logistics processes, incoming and outgoing goods coordination, order processing optimisation for B2B and e-commerce channels, and supply chain performance metrics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support coordination of incoming and outgoing goods flows
- Contribute to order processing improvements for B2B and e-commerce (B2C) channels
- Analyse shipping performance and lead times
- Identify bottlenecks in warehouse processes and propose improvements
- Assist with inventory management, pick and pack operations
- Support KPI reporting and logistics dashboard maintenance
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Strong analytical and structured working abilities
- Initiative-taking with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel
