Estée Lauder Companies Supply Chain Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage availability of supply for all business programs and channels (brick and mortar, online), maintaining inventory per affiliate KPIs while optimizing inventory flow and safety stock levels
• Lead supply and cross-functional activities to ensure timely delivery of units to retailer warehouses and points of sale, maintaining full accountability for fill rates and service metrics
• Ensure operational success of Distribution Centre by managing Third-Party Logistics vendor for inbound warehousing and online order fulfillment, overseeing DC KPIs and contractual adherence
• Manage all aspects of end-to-end online business operations including demand forecasting, inventory management, order management system coordination with affiliate and Southeast Asia online teams
• Execute Integrated Business Planning and Demand Planning activities in collaboration with regional teams, serving as primary interface between affiliate brands, commercial partners, and supply chain functions
• Ensure order management team executes retailer and point-of-sale orders according to established cycles, managing exceptions and coordinating last-mile delivery from DC to retail locations
• Lead collaboration with customer supply chain organizations to optimize interfaces between Estée Lauder Companies and retailers regarding timelines, inventory levels, months of coverage, and quality assurance
• Deliver indirect procurement savings targets through cost management initiatives, vendor optimization programs, and adherence to procurement policies in collaboration with regional and global partners
• Lead all budgeting activities for supply chain scope including headcount, shipping, customs, fulfillment, and operational expenses, developing contingency plans for major deviations
• Lead the supply chain team to ensure individual and team KPIs are met, with focus on month-end deliverables for order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and regulatory compliance
• Provide coaching, constructive feedback, development opportunities, and recognition to direct reports and key contributors; identify high-potential staff for advancement through expanded responsibilities and transfers

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations for multinational organizations
• Strong background in demand and supply planning, integrated business planning, and inventory optimization
• Demonstrated expertise in third-party logistics vendor management and distribution centre operations
• Track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives and achieving measurable KPI targets
• Experience with compliance frameworks, regulatory requirements, trade compliance, and order-to-cash processes
• Proven capability in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management across commercial, finance, and operations teams
• Experience with e-commerce supply chain management and omnichannel distribution models

Skills

Experience

Minimum 10 years of progressive supply chain management experience in a multinational or global organization, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing supply chain operations for multiple channels (retail and e-commerce). Prior experience managing third-party logistics partnerships, regional hub coordination, and complex integrated business planning processes required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field required. Advanced certification such as APICS CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or APICS CPIM (Certified in Planning and Inventory Management) preferred.
