Estée Lauder Companies seeks a Supply Chain Coordinator (4 days/week) in Sydney, NSW for distribution operations management with third-party logistics partners.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as primary interface for daily operational coordination between internal stakeholders and external warehouse and transport partners, ensuring on-time order flow and priority management
- Validate export shipments from third-party logistics partners for compliance with dangerous goods documentation processes
- Review and validate operational requests from logistics partners, including write-offs, inbound/outbound logistics, and month-end transaction volumes
- Facilitate online and offline returns coordination in cooperation with order management and global customer care teams
- Oversee clearance and delivery of all inbound freight and coordinate return authorizations from B2B partners
- Update SAP arrival dates for incoming freight and maintain accurate data records in enterprise systems
- Support monthly KPI reviews, compliance monitoring, environmental health and safety follow-up, and scorecard updates for internal and regional meetings
- Coordinate with marketing teams and brands to identify and resolve supply chain disruptions
- Investigate return claims and report findings to stakeholder teams
- Manage indirect procurement activities for third-party logistics providers and assist in disposal of obsolete or damaged goods
Qualifications
- Recent graduate with a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Commerce, or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of professional work experience, preferably in retail, warehousing, logistics, or operations
- Demonstrated analytical and logical thinking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Continuous improvement mindset with problem-solving orientation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
