Estée Lauder Companies seeks a Supply Chain Coordination Supervisor in Tultitlán to lead distribution centre operations, SAP systems management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as SAP Super User, ensuring correct system operation and identifying, reconciling, and resolving inventory discrepancies, billing, shipments, and operational process issues
- Analyze and correct system errors impacting data integrity and operational continuity
- Exercise autonomy in inventory adjustments, data corrections, and other system-impacting decisions
- Lead incident resolution arising from user execution errors, providing training, feedback, and support to prevent recurrence
- Influence and collaborate cross-functionally with peer coordinators to identify improvement opportunities and ensure best-practice implementation
- Participate in regional continuous improvement and quality initiatives, analysing current processes to identify efficiencies and eliminate rework
- Act as change agent, driving process simplification and standardization
- Support merchandise sourcing and shipping operations as operational facilitator between functional and operational areas
- Generate reports, dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives using SAP and Power BI to support decision-making
- Document procedures and processes according to ISO 9000 quality standards
Qualifications
- Availability for on-site work Monday–Friday at Tultitlán, Estado de México
- Operating schedule: 7am–5pm Monday–Wednesday, 7am–4pm Thursday–Friday

Experience
Demonstrated experience in supply chain operations, distribution centre management, or systems administration within a complex, regulated manufacturing or logistics environment. Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives and managing cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
Education
Secondary education (bachillerato) or equivalent; additional certification in supply chain management, systems administration, or quality management (ISO 9000) is advantageous.
