Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse and transportation operations with 3PL partners, ensuring high-quality problem-solving and standard work execution
- Serve as SAP Key User, providing system expertise and process alignment for returns, inbound, and outbound logistics
- Manage all importation customs clearance processing, compliance, and regulatory documentation
- Monitor 3PL performance across inbound, value-added services (VAS), replenishment, picking, delivery, and returns handling
- Ensure accurate inventory records in the distribution center, including quantity, location, and batch tracking
- Review daily operations and develop security and safety procedures to drive operational standards
- Initiate and lead projects to improve distribution center performance in service level and cost efficiency
- Provide guidance on counter replenishment and order suggestions to internal Malaysia teams
- Manage and coordinate monthly order scheduling, delivery dates, and cutoff times for B2C online and B2B offline channels
- Review and approve order input, edits, and deletions in compliance with manual order policies
- Publish monthly customer service level reports with root cause analysis and communicate improvements to Inventory Managers and Brand teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Sales, Finance, and IT to ensure supply chain synchronization and customer satisfaction
- Own end-to-end order fulfillment for key customers and channels, ensuring excellence in OTIF and SLA KPIs
- Monitor counter inventory levels using Trade MOC (Month of Coverage) tool and communicate with brand and counter partners
- Analyze slow-moving SKUs by category and develop optimization strategies to improve counter productivity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or related business discipline
- 4–5 years of professional experience in customer supply chain planning, distribution, logistics, or procurement
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Ariba, or o9 Solutions
- Demonstrated expertise with reporting and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Qlikview, or equivalent
- Proven vendor, logistics, and 3PL management capabilities
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders across affiliates and regions

Experience
4–5 years of professional experience in customer supply chain planning and related supply chain functions such as distribution, logistics, or procurement. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated success managing third-party logistics partners, coordinating B2B and B2C order fulfillment, and optimizing inventory performance in a multi-channel retail or wholesale environment.
Education
