Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example and mentor the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient store operations
- Perform start and end of day cash reconciliation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis as required
- Achieve and support achievement of all sales and customer service targets
- Coach and develop team members to enhance performance and capability
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing (desirable)
- Previous supervisory or coaching experience leading others to achieve targets (desirable)
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Ability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Right to live and work in the United States
