The Estée Lauder Companies seeks a dynamic Keyholder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring efficient store operations. The role combines supervisory responsibilities with cash handling expertise, requiring exceptional coaching and mentoring skills to lead the sales team in delivering inspirational, personalized customer service while achieving sales and customer service targets. The Keyholder will manage essential start and end of day cash reconciliation and share responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rotational basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example and mentor the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient store operations
- Perform start and end of day cash reconciliation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis as required
- Achieve and support achievement of all sales and customer service targets
- Coach and develop team members to enhance performance and capability
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing (desirable)
- Previous supervisory or coaching experience leading others to achieve targets (desirable)
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Ability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Right to live and work in the United States

Proven retail experience with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets; supervisory or mentoring experience is desirable but not essential for ambitious self-starters seeking their first supervisory role.
