Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in directing daily store operations and ensuring compliance with brand standards
- Lead, coach, and mentor sales team members to achieve sales targets and deliver personalized customer service
- Execute opening and closing procedures on a rotational basis, including cash reconciliation and financial verification
- Model exemplary customer service behaviors and retail excellence to inspire team performance
- Manage point-of-sale systems and retail operations to maintain store efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated supervisory or lead experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities
- Strong cash handling skills and retail operations knowledge, including point-of-sale software proficiency
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Legal right to work in the United States
