Estée Lauder Companies seeks a part-time Key Holder in West Palm Beach, Florida to support retail operations and lead sales teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the sales team to demonstrate inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and store security checks
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving all sales and customer service targets
- Model exemplary retail behaviors and professional standards for the sales team
- Manage retail operations and support point-of-sale systems during shifts
- Work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events as scheduled
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Cash handling and retail reconciliation experience (desirable)
- Previous supervisory or lead experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities (desirable)
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or beauty. Prior supervisory experience is desirable but not essential; ambitious self-starters with strong retail foundations are encouraged to apply.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or management training is advantageous.
