Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team members, modeling behaviors that drive inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service delivery
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations and staff leadership
- Execute opening and closing procedures on a rota basis, including cash reconciliation and point-of-sale operations
- Ensure achievement of sales and customer service targets by leading by example and fostering team accountability
- Manage cash handling and daily financial reconciliation with precision and accuracy
- Maintain retail standards and operational excellence in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous supervisory or lead experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Proficiency in cash handling and retail operations, including store opening and closing procedures
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience preferably in cosmetics or prestige beauty. Prior supervisory experience with responsibility for coaching, mentoring, and leading others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable. Experience with retail operations including cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures is desirable.
