Estée Lauder Companies seeks an inspirational Store Manager to lead, coach, and develop a sales team at a prestige beauty retail counter, achieving all sales, customer service, and operational targets. The successful candidate will function as the chief executive officer of their location, executing an agile business plan through strategic customer targeting, impactful in-store events, exceptional relationship management, and high-performing team leadership. This first-level management role offers exposure to business planning, consumer insights, event management, customer relationship management, and frontline marketing, positioning the candidate for progression within the beauty industry.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales associates to exceed sales and customer service targets
- Create and execute an agile business plan with strategic customer targeting and event management
- Manage store operations including inventory control, facilities management, and cash reconciliation
- Set sales and customer service targets, conduct sales analysis, and manage staff scheduling
- Create and execute in-store events and promotional activities
- Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Manage retail point-of-sale operations and systems
- Foster a culture of diversity and continuous performance improvement
Qualifications
- Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience, preferably in cosmetics
- Track record of leading teams to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Experience with business planning including sales targeting, analysis, and staff scheduling
- Demonstrated expertise in retail operations including inventory and facilities management
- Previous experience creating and executing in-store events
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Right to live and work in the United States (with proof upon request)

Experience
Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the cosmetics or prestige beauty sector. Prior experience in team leadership, business planning, operational management, and in-store event execution is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail management certification or cosmetics industry training is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 56,000 to USD 73,400 per annum.
