Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets
- Create and execute an agile business plan with accountability for store performance and profitability
- Recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events and exceptional customer relationship management
- Oversee business planning including setting sales and customer service targets, conducting sales analysis and staff scheduling
- Manage retail operations including inventory management, facilities oversight and cash reconciliation
- Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Execute in-store events and promotional campaigns to drive traffic and sales
- Manage retail operations during extended hours including days, nights, weekends and special events
Qualifications
- Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated business planning experience including sales target setting, performance analysis and staff scheduling
- Retail operations experience encompassing inventory management, facilities oversight and cash reconciliation
- Track record of leading teams to achieve sales and customer service objectives
- Experience creating and executing in-store promotional events
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Right to live and work in the United States (proof required)
