The Store Manager leads a team of sales advisors and oversees the efficient operation of The Cosmetics Company Store, an outlet retail business offering Estée Lauder Companies brands. This is a full-time, regular position, scheduled for 37.5 hours across five days.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales advisors and ensure the smooth, efficient running of the store.

Qualifications

  • Previous management experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • A passion and energy for delivering inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
  • Flexible availability across days and hours; availability should be discussed with the hiring manager before or during the interview.
