The Store Manager will oversee all operational and commercial activities within the assigned retail location, driving team performance toward established sales targets and KPIs. This role requires strong leadership capabilities to manage daily store operations, staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service excellence. Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate team activities, ensuring alignment with assigned commercial targets and store KPIs
- Drive achievement of store performance indicators through strategic point-of-sale actions and tactical initiatives
- Oversee business planning activities including objective definition, sales analysis, scheduling, and budget management
- Direct retail operations including inventory management, cash reconciliation, and facility management
- Lead and mentor team members toward the attainment of sales and customer service objectives
- Conceive and execute in-store events and promotional activities
- Ensure compliance with retail operations standards and health and safety protocols
- Manage customer relationships and drive loyalty initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, preferably in the cosmetics sector
- Demonstrated ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Strong business planning acumen including objective setting, sales analysis, and budget oversight
- Proficiency in retail operations management, particularly inventory control, cash handling, and facilities administration
- Proven track record leading and motivating teams to achieve sales and service targets
- Experience in conceptualizing and executing in-store events
- Demonstrated proficiency with retail management software systems
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
