Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Create and execute an agile business plan including strategic customer targeting and relationship management

Qualifications

Experience
Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Demonstrated track record of successfully leading teams to achieve sales and customer service targets, with experience in business planning, inventory management, cash reconciliation, and retail operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management certification or training is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 53,100 to USD 73,400 per annum.
