Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Create and execute an agile business plan with strategic customer targeting, in-store events, and customer relationship management initiatives
- Manage retail operations including inventory and facilities management, cash reconciliation, and sales analysis
- Set sales and customer service targets and conduct staff scheduling to optimize performance

Qualifications
