Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Create and execute an agile business plan with strategic customer targeting and in-store event planning

- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Education
