Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team members to model exemplary customer service behaviors and achieve sales targets
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring efficient store operations and customer satisfaction
- Execute opening and closing store procedures on a rota basis
- Conduct daily cash reconciliation and manage point-of-sale transactions with accuracy
- Lead by example, demonstrating the service standards and product knowledge expected of the sales team
- Maintain store appearance, merchandising standards, and inventory management
- Monitor and facilitate achievement of sales and customer service performance metrics
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Retail point-of-sale software experience
- Right to live and work in the United States

Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or beauty. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable. Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing store procedures is desirable.
